Dear Dr. Pasch,Thank you for placing me in the very gentle and competent care of Dr. Arthur Yam. My first encounter with your office was about eleven years ago, when I arrived without an appointment holding a denture that had been dropped. The denture had broken into two pieces; however your lab technician assured me that he would do his best to "patch it back together". He in fact "patched" it so well, that when I arrived in your office for my current work, I was wearing the same repaired denture.If ever there was a time that I was in need of same day service, it was that day. Because of this very positive experience, I decided to try my luck again when I found myself in need of my most recent treatment. Your new office space is very comfortable, and your office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Your lab technician did a beautiful job.
