Review content:
I can't tell you about the quality of the service, because I never got that far. I am new to the area and made an appointment for a haircut to try the spa. When I arrived, I waited in their tiny front room (no place to sit!!!) for more than ten minutes while employees came and went and ignored me. Finally the receptionist (?) jogged up from downstairs with a drink and told me my appointment was not for another hour and how about I go shopping? I check my email and told her the confirmation I received was for this time. She informed me that *I* was mistaken, or that it was a "miscommunication," no apology, not even an offer of coffee while I waited, just a suggestion that I leave. I won't try again. No matter how much a business thinks of itself, it cannot survive without respect for its clientele, even the new ones.
