OK, I have to say this was an on-going saga. I was rear-ended in New Orleans in May and needed to have some fairly significant, but straight-forward repairs done to my car. My bumper and bumper cover needed to be replaced, my SUV rear "trunk" had to be replaced, etc. These guys took about a month to fix it. I took it home for the weekend and noticed that the exhaust was melting the bumper cover. Took it back, took them several days to replace the cover. It happened AGAIN! Turns out they missed the fact that the exhaust was bent in the accident! They were not particularly helpful, in fact I'd call them rude. I would definitely not recommend EVER having any work done here. See my other review on Champ's. Had a much better experience there having the bumper cover replaced again (LONG story, but it hasn't been my year with my car).
