My experience with Victory Automotive has been okay, though sometimes my car has been dirty and has an odor, maybe from people being in it. For my part most things have worked out okay, though two family members I recommended to go there did not have good experiences.
My dad almost got into an accident because something was put on backwards. He was going to get his money back, but it hasn't come yet. Also, my daughter had a mirror put on, and she had to go to the dealer for them to redo it, which has cost extra money. I think it was probably some help he has there that was not top notch.
Overall I have had work done there for years, about 20 or 21 years, and there are little things that happen, but they are not important to me. However, maybe they would bother someone else, so I would hesitate to recommend them. They can be kind of messy. I know him, so I am fine with it.
