When we first began renting from PPM everything was fine, until that is you need something fixed or you need to get ahold of someone! None of our outside nor garage outlets work, work order submitted 11 documented times in last 6 months! The lawn care service, owned and ran by PPM is beyond substandard! Our lease is almost up and we will not renew this time! I would like to add that when our subpump in our basement went out we were told by the emergency maintenance person "not sure what I can do tonight I suggest you move all your valuables off the floor"
