My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Grand Caravan R/T and are extremely impressed with the service that Mike Long provided. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and used the USAA car buying service to find the car and you dealership. Mike Long immediately provided top rate service for this transaction to include timely responses and extensive information regarding the purchase process. Being in Afghanistan, I needed this process to move smoothly and for someone to look after my wife when she came to the dealership. Mike, with exceeding professionalism, worked with me over the phone and email to establish required documentation and then took extra time to walk my wife through the process during our scheduled transaction date. I can't thank Mike enough for providing our family great service during this challenging time
