Purchased a DOUBLE TAKE DEAL on Thursday evening 4/12/12 for an oil change with a 27 point inspection and an exterior car wash and everything was done in approximately 1 hour on Friday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and personable and want to please their customers in every way that they can. Waiting in their office area with comfortable chairs and a couch as well as a flat screen tv and a variety of reading material made the wait that much more enjoyable. Coffee was available if one wanted it and the walls have numerous plaques to read about the wonderful service that the owner Mr. Ghanem and his sister give back to the community. It was such a pleasure to not only get great service with a smile and the feeling that you were appreciated but one also feels great in the presence of a company that is responsive to the needs of their community and actually does something more than just procrastinate about what they do. They really know how to build loyalty and I only wish them well...........
