Review content:
They tell you what you want to hear then do the opposite. I dropped my car off for an oil change and to redo my brakes. They called me 5.5 hours later saying it would be $250 more and told me it would be ready by 5:30. When I went to pick it up I waited over an hour before they told me that it wouldn't be done that day. They offered to rent me a car, if I paid for it. Also, said my car would be ready after two hours the following day. Declined the rental and I brought my car back the next morning and waited for 4 more hours and had to leave without my car! Causing me to wait two more days to pick up my car because of the weekend! More than 5 hours wasted waiting for my car in their shop, 38 hours spent without my car, plus more money spent than anticipated after being told it would be ready that day! The people are nice, but the service quality/communication is seriously lacking.
