Review content:
We had used Floor Crafters before for our condo and we were very happy with the results we had there with them. So when we bought a house a few years later, we took them into consideration and got about five bids. The other companies warned us that Floor Crafters would be expensive, but actually, they came below a couple of those very companies!
They were very professional throughout the entire process, and when all was done and paid for, we noticed a few imperfections. They came out immediately to correct it to our complete satisfaction. We are perfectly happy with the final results and would most definitely use them again! If anyone is curious about how the final product looks, I have no problem talking to them or showing them my floors. Also, I urge customers, serious about hardwood flooring, to go to their showroom. It's a huge difference between a sample and seeing the floors laid out. Plus, you should talk to the salespeople, they're very knowledgeable and friendly.
