Review content:
I initially started using Foster Plumbing & Heating about 2 years ago because of their reputation and referrals from people who had done business with them. Also, they are conveniently located not far from my own home as well as some rental properties that I own. Strategically, I knew that if I had problems at the properties, Foster's would be able to attend to them.
I did have a few emergencies and they were there quickly to take care of things. The feedback from my tenants was extremely positive: They said that the technicians were very courteous and were timely in getting the job done. That is good for my tenants and it is good for me.
Also, as a landlord, I appreciate the ease of being able to set up an HVAC service plan where Foster's come regularly every 6 months. They provide a reminder call and are proactive about getting in touch with me about the service, which is helpful to me, having 3 different properties.
Foster Plumbing & Heating is one of the select few in Richmond that is concerned with quality. They are also concerned with cost, but are very focused on making sure that what they do will last. This is what has established their good reputation.
