Review content:
The owner, Lou and his employees,go the extra mile in full service of vehicles. They have a clean, friendly, modern and professional looking showroom.
Iam a high milage driver and my car keeps me in business. Lou and his employees listen to me, about what it is I think needs to be done. Then they accurately diagnose and explain to me what the real issue is and how to repair it.
They pro-actively let me know what might need to be done in the future, the costs, etc., to keep the car in tip top condition. So I'm not surprised about unexpected repairs and maintence.
I have a 2003 Toyota Camery with over 161,000 miles on it. Modern Auto is a big part of the reason why I still drive this car.
Also, any person I've referred to Modern Auto is handled with the same fair, honest, and respectful approach to car maintence and repair that I have been.
Most referrals come back and thank me for giving them Modern Auto's name, especailly young, single, and female customers. That makes me look good to my clients and friends too.
You can't go wrong with Modern Auto.
