I found Rebecca's advice and assistance invalueable. She has a wonderful repore with people and really knows her stuff. On my last purchase I needed a utility knob to match my handles. I came in on a Wed. when Rebecca was off and was told there were no utility handle in my style of knob. Came back the the next day, Rebecca called the company and got one for me in 8 days. She originally helped me pick the knobs because I wanted handles and knobs and was stuck on a style that only had knobs.
