Unfortunately my family has had the "sad" experience(not on the part of Grove) over the years of having to bring several vehicles in to Grove for repairs. Each time the service was nothing short of exemplary. The consultants are very professional yet personal and very approachable. I am totally hooked on Grove as our body and fender repair choice. Our committment can be better be discribed by the following....When our son's car was damaged in the school parking lot and our insurance company asked us to get bids, we asked if we could just take the car to Grove....upon which they agreed.
One last point I would like to make is in regards to honesty. I had to have a sideview mirror replaced once. Grove repaired the vehicle but there was a $50.00 deduct on the mirror which they passed on to me in the manner of a refund check in the mail. This was really appreciated since this particular small repair was and out-of-the-pocket expense. That display of honest only enhanced my faith in Grove.
