My refrigerator, and freezer, was running but everything was melted and warm on both sides. I called at 7:15 p.m. in the evening, Ray Russell, the owner answered immediately, he said he would come out the next morning between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
The next day Ray, called at 8:30 to say he was on his way, he arrived 15 minutes later. Ray, opened the freezer and worked on it for approximately 15 minutes, told us what was wrong, called for a part, told us the part would cost $70.00, then he went and got the part. Within 15 minutes Ray, was back, he installed the part, Voila, the problem was solved.
To my amazement the total amount of the invoice was $137.07 including tax.
I will tell all my friends and neighbors what a nice and professional guy, Ray, is plus his prices are very reasonable. Still can't believe he only charged us $137.00....
