Review content:
So very frustrating! No way to communicate with the business! Have taken classes there for about 5 months now, and have never received any communication through the mail like they say they will do. Never received communication in the "folder" they have made up for communication either. Getting information for the recital was a nightmare and last minute. New classes are supposed to start next week, and we were supposed to be mailed out new schedules, and nothing has come to us. I have tried to call at all different hours on all different days. There is not even a voicemail to leave a message! It is frustrating when I want to give the company my business and support Adkins, but they seem to NOT want my business. I also know that by speaking with the other parents that were in my daughter's last class that they encountered similar issues regarding communication problems.
The instructors are great with the kids. The classes are wonderful. But why not make it possible for the parents to get a hold of the business, or at least feel like their business is wanted? As a parent of a young daughter who is quite interested in dance, I would think keeping my business would be important since our business could possibly be for years and years! Adkins was known for being the high quality dance place in the Santa Maria Valley. Come back to us!
