Review content:
Had my internet go out on a Sunday. Called that day, and after 30 minutes of touch tone menu gymnastics found a real person who after troubleshooting determined my modem was bad. Scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning, saying best they could do. Took day off work, but Cable Company did NOT SHOW UP. When I called, I was told the appointment had been canceled by Time Warner. They could not tell me why. They did not even try to contact me. Got a supervisor on the line and they were apologetic, saying that should never have happened, and they would investigate and call me back. They NEVER DID. I STILL don't have a working internet, and am now going over to DSL. No one seems to care about fixing a problem there, and the office at Spring Street Greensboro makes the NCDMV look good by comparision.
