Thank you so much for helping me thru a very difficult time after the storms.I had lost power for a few days so my computer was a real mixture of confusion for me.The tech guy at Cox went beyond his duty in my opinion to talk me thru the steps I needed to restore my computer to running order.
I know it is their duty to help customers in need but I felt they stayed with me longer than they should have as I am not the greatest at understanding a few steps I might need to know.Thanks again for being there for me.
