In December I had a new heat pump system set up in my business and it has run fantastic other than today. It kicked off my breaker and I called HVAC who did the set up. They sent out a technician in two hours and he checked the system and found no troubles except a filthy filter. I instructed the tech how I had been using the thermostat and found that I not only had improperly been utilizing the thermostat but was hiking up my electricity bill as well. Pete the technician was quite skilled and changed the filter, gave me recommendations on how to set up my thermostat for a warmth pump and changed the filthy filter for free. Finest support I have experienced in a long time. Many thanks HVAC!
