Review content:
Definitely worth your consideration. We ordered General Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, Sizzling Plate with Prawns, and Egg Flower Soup. It was all tasty, and the portions are quite large. Was it the best Chinese food ever? No. But it WAS the best Chinese delivery we've been able to get in the area. We'll definitely be back.
The shrimp fried rice had big, full-sized shrimp, not those tiny things that some places have. I was hoping it would have a lot of egg, since someone on Yelp complained about that, but it wasn't super eggy. Still, it was good.
The egg flower soup had a LOT of vegetables and eggs. It wasn't the watered down chicken broth you get at some of the cheaper Chinese places. It was packed full of vegetables and eggs, including straw mushrooms.
The general chicken had broccoli, which was unexpected, but not unpleasant.
The sizzling plate with prawns had a lot of shrimp, and a ton of vegetables. The sauce was a little watery, but flavorful. There were three types of mushrooms, including the straw mushrooms. Since the only type of mushroom I actually like are straw mushrooms, this was slightly annoying for me, but they were big chunks so it wasn't too hard to pick them out.
They have a thing for mushrooms, so, if you don't like mushrooms, be sure to request they leave them out.
