I went to JuvEssentials to get permanent eyeliner and I must say I am very pleased with the results. Jeannie's disarming personality made me feel at ease during the consultation. She answered all my questions and concerns and I immediately knew I wanted her to do my eyeliner. Jeannie's technique was nothing what I expected. She talked to me during the whole procedure making me feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Jeannie to anyone considering getting permanent make-up!!
