After having a horrible experience just 17 months agowith Home Depot, who uses American Craftsman to sub their work out to, we contacted Storm Tight to give us a quote to replace our New windows that were leaking, won't operate and made our house extremely Hot in the summer. While we realized after the fact that you get what you pay for, we had no choice but to get the work done again and chose Storm Tight because of the high quality materials and warranties they offered. While we did pay twice as much the second time around with Storm Tight, we are happy to see our electric bill has went down finally and our windows are paying for themselves! We called the office for a service on our sliding door and to our surprise they were our here 2 days later with no hassles! We did not have to pay a dime for the service!! If your in the market for windows, we would recommend Storm Tight to anyone!! Thank you Storm Tight, Great Job!!!!
