i sort of coordinated my mom's safe/cabinet lock, unlocking and repair, i guess that's what i'll call it. i didn't think it was a reasonable thing to do, but it's hers. a nice and professional guy showed up at her door and succeeded in getting this thing open and completely her wishes. it satisfied my mom, so it satisfied me!
