I used thier moving services in JUne 2012 let me tell you I live in a loft. So it eas very hard to get a washer and dryer up into the loft area. I have never seen movers before who used straps under the appliances to get them upstairs. They put straps around their necks (2) men and was able to walk them up the stairs. I would greatly recommend this company. Rates were very affordable. The had tools to remove a shelf in the stairway area.
