I've been going to boot camp at Body Envy Fitness for about 7 months. I'm 57 years old, I weighed 264 lbs. I was having trouble walking up and down stairs, keeping my balance, getting in and out of low chairs and cars. The workouts and food plan at Body Envy have helped me to lose 40 lbs - and I feel strong, my balance and mental outlook have improved. If you want to improve your health, get fit, and lose weight, Eric Gelder (owner) is the expert. The workouts are varied, tough, and fun. I know I will reach my goal weight with Body Envy. I recommend Body Envy Fitness.
