Review content:
I regret even trying to book a ticket on Illini Suttle, run by Suburban express. Each passenger must book separately using his own credit card since there is no input field for passenger name. And you can not have a child with you, neat! So once you become a mom or dad Illini Shuttle is not for you. Read their terms and policy page. It uses the most harsh language any company I have ever dealt with. Guess their dictionary does not have words like kindness, courtesy etc. Even airlines will not charge you if you lost ticket although they are significantly greater risk but Suburban would not fail to charge you no matter what. I would never ride them. Worst company policies ever.
