I recently had a new a/c unit & air handler installed. Howard W. was one of the install techs assigned. From the very beginning his attitude , knowledge & politeness made me feel @ ease under the circumstances. He & his partner really cared about making this project a positive experience.He was on time , didn't waste any of my time along with theirs , got started on the project promptly & stayed with it until completion. He went the extra mile to make sure that my floor coverings were protected , answered any & all questions I had & even swept up the insulation that had fallen from the attic stairs. He along with his partner were real professionals & I would gladly recommend him to family , friends or anyone else in need of this type service.Even after a long & very hot day his attitude was really refreshing. I along with my family have had many of Conways' Service techs in our homes over the years. Howard along with his partner are rated @ the very top!
