I had a glycolic facial the other day at this spa. Immediately when she applied the glycolic I told her it felt like my skin was burning off and her reply, OK I am just going to keep it on another minute. Not only did my skin feel like it was going to burn off she dripped the glycolic into my eyes, running over my eyelids. My facial was supposed to be only an hour but I was in her room for 2hrs, which led me to believe she saw some signs of my skin being burnt from the solution and thought by giving me a longer facial the irritation might go away however it just got worse. I went home and saw my sister who manages a day spa, her reply..what the hell did they do to your face....As the night went on my skin got worse and worse, it was red and raw. When I woke up the next morning my skin was hard and scabbed and I could barely open my eyes since my eyelids had been burnt as well from the solution dripping into my eyes...I will never return to this spa and I will tell everyone I know about
