Today was my first visit to the Adidas store at the Chicago Premium Outlets mall in Aurora, Illinois. The store is very easy to navigate and is very clean. They have a wide variety of products and sizes. The t-shirts are currently $9.99 which is a great price for Adidas clothing! Many other items are on sale or clearance, as well. However, the most outstanding experience I had at this store today was the customer service. Upon entering the store, we were kindly greeted. A worker, who was organizing the clothing at one of the tables, quickly moved everything out of our way so we could look. He asked if there was anything he could help us with. We stated that we were unable to find a particular size in a t-shirt. He voluntarily went to the backroom to look for the size we needed. When he was unable to find it, he offered a couple of other similar styles to us in the size we needed. He was so nice!! The kindness and politeness of the staff, paired with the products in the store, will definitely make me return to this Adidas store!
