I made an appointment for my friend and me for her birthday, I recommend you call IN ADVANCE to make a booking. We wanted to go on a weekend morning which I guess is the most popular time and had to wait for about two months for an opening for the two of us to go at the same time.
The staff are accommodating and professional. The changing rooms with private lockers for our belongings were clean and had a home-feel. We waited in nice bathrobes in the waiting room which had tea and snacks. The waiting room and private massage room were dimly lit, had extremely relaxing soft music and waterfall/nature/relaxation paintings on the walls.
There is free parking in front of the complex, very convenient.
