Review content:
We booked this resort last minute and thought that for the price, we would not expect the "best" accommodations. We were completely shocked at what we found when we arrived (after a 10 hour drive)! This place was completely run down. When we went into the lobby to check in, we were "stalked" by a man trying to get us to view timeshare. We made it to the counter and the staff was ok, but we were told that in order to have dishes or any utensils for the kitchen we would have to rent them from the man with the timeshare company!!! As we drove to our room I knew that I was not going to be pleased. They advertise 3 pools, but all of them had leaves and branches floating in them. No one was even near the pools. Our room was even worse! The door had obviously been broken into on several occasions by the marks and chips taken out of the door by it being forced open. The smell of the room was that of mildew and pet urine. The ceiling tile in the bathroom was gone and the toilet was leaking. The fridge was rusted inside and out. The sliding glass doors in the back did not lock. We instantly left! We were given a refund without question.
