I had my daughter's birthday party at the Kids Spa. My daughter just turned 11, so I paid for the Junior Spa Diva Party for 10-14 year olds. The place is really designed for kids under age 10. The hair and make-up was putting the hair in a bun, spraying it with glitter hairspray, and then putting this awful silver sparkly stuff on their eyelids and a silver sparkle star stamp on their cheek. No girl over age 10 wants that. I had requested Karaoke, and was told that it was part of the package. The girls were excited about it, but the machine didn't work, so we couldn't do that. The 3 hour party took 2 1/2 hours, and most of the time the girls spent waiting to have their nails done. If you remember Libby Lu at Mayfair, it's exactly like that, only 3 times more expensive. I think it could be a great place if they did something different for older girls, but it definitely wasn't a place for an 11 year old, and I would hate to think of a 14 year old having a party there!
