The store is not organized. The lighting is poor. The staff is not friendly. They don't offer as many coupons, sales, or deals as other rental places. They don't have enough of the movies so the movies are never in stock. Their rental times are not long enough. They don't support the community as much as other businesses. Their prices are not unreasonable but a little higher than others in the area.
