The good news is that I finally received my oven. A month may not seem bad, but I was supposed to get it three weeks ago! It was scheduled and guaranteed delivery by Home Depot, but they lied to just to make a sale. Home Depot in Waite Park, MN said they are not responsible for this error in delivery, even though they promised delivery by a certain day (and that grantee is on my receipt). I had a contract with Home Depot, not a delivery agency. They subcontract but don't tell you that then they say that they are off the hook. However, Home Depot is in breach of contract. After numerous calls, being thrown from voice-mail to voice-mail, I was finally told that they would cancel the order if I filed a complaint with the Attorney General & BBB to hold them accountable. For three weeks longer than expected, I cooked outside on a fire... even in the rain. Unless you want to wait for a month for receiving your appliance, I would not recommend Home Depot to anyone.
