DO NOT GO TO THESE THIEVES! Bought a refirgerator from them, paid cash, had to make arrangements to pick it up myself and paid up front so he would hold it. I was given a thirty day warranty, they said they would clean it up and said that "it works like a charm". After many attempts to contact them to pick it up, they said it was clean and ready to go. I went there and it had not been cleaned out (mold & very smelly). I said I would return after they had a chance to clean it out, as they promised to do when I bought it. Needless to say, when I called again, after much phone dodging on their part, they were verbally abusive. ("You can clean it out. We already hosed the inside down!") I picked it up, spent hours cleaning the inside and sanitizing it. It doesn't work. I had to call and call to finally get an answer, to deal with the problem. They said that they would not pick it up, will not service it, would not refund my money even if I brought it back! They are verbally abusive to the point that it is threatening. I suspect a physical altercation if I do manage to get it back. Just avoid drama, out right rip off and stay away. I have never been treated like this in my life. Liars, thieves, scammers!! It is called Orchard's Used Appliance, but also John's Used Appliance. It should be call "John's Customer Abused Appliance."
