Thank you Terri and staff for all your support and encouragement...I lost 17 lbs in 8 weeks and had to have my wedding dress taken in prior to my perfect wedding day. I took off on a month long honeymoon and was able to lose another 3 lbs just by following the eating habits and staying on the light exercise routine that I was doing prior to the wedding. I am coming back to lose the next 20 lbs...hugs Ada West
