I have been with Grand Master Kevin Sullivan for four years now. I would like to say he earned that title Grand Master, because he has taught me more than I could ever imagine. He is a great man, he has taught me more then self-defense. He has taught me the value in life and how to talk my way out of situations rather than to escalate them any farther. When I first started class with him I could only do about fifty pushups in the beginning, but though the mental focus he instilled in me, now everyone can see that I can push out two hundred pushups in one set and I’m still climbing. I work very hard at everything I do now. I volunteer my time and I help coach a middle school wrestling team. I am great at defending myself now whether it’s one on one, multiple attackers or weapons defends. Given into consideration, I find no school matches Mr. Sullivan’s curriculum. I have many goals in life and I have completed most of them thanks to this man.
