Good luck getting through to schedule an appointment!
I called University Dermatology Consultants on a Wednesday. They transferred me to the location I requested, but I was sent to the voicemail. I left a detailed message, saying my name, that I was a new patient, what service I was requesting, and my phone number. I repeated my name and phone number and asked that they call me back to schedule an appointment. No call back on Wednesday. No call on Thursday. Friday I call, well before their office was closed, and could not reach a receptionist after several minutes. So I hung up and dialed again. This time, after several minutes, someone picked up the phone only to hang up without saying a word.
I do not know what the doctors are like, because I was never given the CHANCE to schedule an appointment, however the work ethic of their other personnel is terrible. Thus why they receive 1 star from me.
Would have liked to save the money by going here instead of the specialist I had to choose. But saved me the frustration of repeat attempts.
