Recently, I came across few negative reviews on mensusa. Amazing! Simply can’t believe them to be true. A customer complained that he was sent a polyester suit and when asked for the returning the money back, they didn’t. Don’t know how come this is true. I buy from mensusa quite frequently and once it happened like they provided me with a suit that was not of my size. It was me who ordered for the wrong size and so when I asked them to take it back, basing on their returns policy they told me that I need to send them back the item within 15 days after receiving. They will refund me the full purchase price but won’t refund the shipping fees. And the best part was that they did what they promised. I got back my money within few days.
Their customer service is also excellent. They can speak English pretty well and will guide you on what will best suit you or what you should buy. They do not change extra like other suit sites. Whenever I get my Visa bill, I see that they have charged the exact amount that was there uploaded on their site. When I was going through the reviews, I found one customer complaining about this issue. The customer even said that he has still not got back his money and that the staffs are being rude with him nowadays. But I really do not know how is this true when I have been a customer of mensusua for about years and have been receiving the visa bills whenever I buy from them without facing any such problem ever.
