I found Progressive Martial Arts when we moved to New York six months ago and wanted to get my kids taught self-defense. My sons love going to class each week and their whole behavior has changed. They are so much more respectful and considerate now and actually use their manners with me needing to constantly remind them. Their confidence and self-esteem has soared and I love that they are learning so many life skill, not just self-defense. I'm so glad we found PMA in Queens.
