Unfortunately this business is the most awful I have ever had to deal with. The owner of this company always takes your money and runs without the job being completed or so bad of job that you have to spend your money to fix his mistakes. Total rip-off. Please find someone else. He was going to sell his pumper truck and I was told by the Sanitarian in Clarke County Iowa that he was removed from their contractors list and also by the Department of Natural Resources. It looks like he never did sell his pumper truck and now has a page on face book and limited amounts of advertising that he is doing. He really put us through allot and we weren't the only ones. I found another review where he left the people high and dry and they had wrote a complaint but he just removes the information and advertises somewhere else. He is a slick guy that disappears and then comes back when he thinks things have cooled off. I will continue as I have told him to let people know about his awful service. His face book page says this "Rates posted are for "normal" circumstances, if conditions warrant extra problems, extra charges maybe added on". The problem is he creates the problems then has the solution so he can charge you more. Trust me when I say go look at his job sites and you will see what I am talking about. Please look at his job sites and not only ask for references which he wont have any but also go to NUMEROUS job sites and see his work. I am trying to save others from the headaches more than us has had with this individual. His workers or he drank on the job at our worksite because we were always finding trash and beer bottles that they didnt pickup. Also his equipment breaks down and takes him forever to get the job done. I would not waste my time or money on this guy. He plays the sympathy card and don't buy it. I have no reason to waste my time doing these reviews except I told him when we got ripped off that I would continue letting other people know.
