It couldn't get much worse than this. From application to leasing to theft to rape - you don't get much worse than Arbor Gates of Buckhead. High crime, no parking, items stolen from your apartment, unprofessional staff, and to charge you $900 per month for all of this! I am a former tenant and I heard recently a woman was raped in her unit last month. The management staff are the most disrespectful, arrogant and unethical people I ever met in my life. If you are smart, you will avoid this complex. Buckhead is not typically known for shady and ghetto apartment complexes. Honestly, I'm quite surprised the Attorney General hasn't investigated these people for fraud. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the heart ache. I don't want you to get screwed like I did by Arbor Gates of Buckhead. PLEASE - RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! IF THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS - MAYBE A NEW COMPANY WILL CLEAN HOUSE AND BRING IN AN ENTIRELY NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM. Hope you find the apartment of your dreams. Believe me - this place offers you nightmares and is haunted by monsters for management.
