Review content:
I visited for the first time and had basic foot review. I was pressed very hard to purchase orthotics. Cost was of just shy of $500.00 without the cost of the visit.
The product was delivered to me after much delay. Went to pick up and they handed me a plastic bag with orthotics that did not begin to fit my shoes. Called office 4 times and asked for assistance to obtain proper sizing and was told I had to trim myself or make an appointment for another $100.00+. Asked for Dr. Richardson or manager to call me. Zero reply.
Why would they not provide an office staff person or have nurse assist patients? I would call it sub-standard.
I paid cash to office for the amount of visit and orthotics that was above insurance paid amounts. After my bill review, I saw they had received more payment than they were entitled to. This was verified by my insurance provider. I have continued to request a refund and have not received refund for over a month.
I will be filing a report with Regence Insurance and convey the very poor service to all that I come in contact with. This is not anyone that I would want to providing care to my health needs.
