I am sincerely appreciative for the excellent work performed by Ackerman’s technician, Don. Don was professional, informative, and has a wonderful sense of humor. It was a pleasure seeing someone execute their job with such care. I love the new system I had installed! In addition, Michael, the Security Representative, was also a pleasure to work with and his expertise kept the ball rolling. From what I can tell, the Ackerman staff members present a business model of courtesy and professionalism that is rare in the current business arena.
