I called Roto-Rooter on a Thursday morning after my husband had struggled to plunger and snake the drains for a day. The appointment person was very professional and got me set up for a visit that night after I got off work. When the service man, Aron, came out to the house he was very prompt, arriving within 15 minutes even though there was a three hour window given. He was clean, tidy and organized. His trips in and out of the house were minimal. He explained the process and what I could expect. He listened to my problem patiently. I signed up for the service and he went right to work. He remained busy and professional. Even though I could tell he was running into problems (by the machinery noises) Aron never lost his cool. (And his shirt stayed tucked in.) His vac dripped a bit at the valve and he cleaned it right up. When the problem was solved, he explained the problem, what he did and how to prevent it. He suggested a product for maintenance and listened to my questions. He even chuckled at my lame jokes. I signed the bill and shook hands. I was very pleased with the service and the representative. I can even say, with the ease and speed and convenience, I was impressed! Thank you, Aron. Thank You, Roto-Rooter!
