I am so glad that I chose to contact the Law Firm of James Scott Farrin to handle my disability claim. I am more than satisfied with the services that I received. I was treated with dignity and respect at all times.
Crystal Rouse is an outstanding disability attorney. She knows how the disability system works and what it takes to win a case. In addition, she kept me informed of all matter pertaining to my disability claim. She would answer all questions, and return all of my phone calls. Also, she would make herself available to speak with me when needed. As such, she was always polite and respectful. A good example of her outstanding performance took place at my Disability Hearing. Shortly into the Hearing, I had absolute confidence that she was there for me and that we would receive a favorable decision. Crystal superb presentation, knowledge, and legal skills were just outstanding. Thus, we received a “FULLY FAVORABLE DECISSION.”
My case manager, Sharee Wilson is an outstanding case manager. She called once a month, check my health status, updated my files, and informed me of any changes to my claim. As such, she kept me informed of all matters concerning my case, answered all questions, and she always returned my phone calls. Thus, she did an outstanding job guiding me through the entire process.
Lastly, it has been a pleasure knowing both of these professionals. I thank them both, and I thank the Law Firm of James Scott Farrin for accepting my case.
