They do a good job of selling their services, and I will admit that there are some very caring people at this facility while Danny was there. Unfortunately, Danny was not in the care of those people enough of the time. Danny was 13 months old when he went there, he wasn't 15 months old when we left. Danny had 4 or 5 diaper changes daily, and had constant diaper rash. They lost his clothes, and lost his supplies. Worst of all, he had new scratches on his face almost daily. and on several occasions, he had bite marks on his face, one time two bite marks on his face. The last straw, was when he ot a very severe bite mark on his forearm, which, by the way, was still very visible a week later. The staff had not made note of it, and when we called everyone in who had supposedly been careing for him, not one of them seemed to know anything about it. I Know that Danny did not suffer silently, that is NOT his style. He has been at another daycare now for 9 months, and NOTHING like that has happened. His diaper changes are usually 2 or three times per 8 hours, and no diaper rash. No bite marks or fase scratches.
