Review content:
Not a pleasant place to stay. Roomate and I were charged almost an extra $200 beyond our security amount for "candle soot on the walls," as the whole apartment had to be repainted. Realtor stated she had "pictures on her phone" to document the damage, which was never seen by either tenant. Very hard to get in contact with; left several messages on voicemail and with receptionists and did not hear back for weeks. Landlords were rude and scolding. One snowstorm, plow did not come until 4 pm. Personal tenant property was removed and discarded of without tenant knowledge or consent.
