Review content:
I was turned down twice hours before my actual purchase. The sales guy i was working with asked me not come on a particular day since that day was his weekly off and then next day he wont even hold the car for an hour for me. Someone else picked the car in the meanwhile.
And this hasnt happened once ..this happened twice..this makes me wonder if they have change of mind. I was working with Mick and the day i went to pick up the used civic he was not around but he told me that he had given all the details to a guy called Ryan. So Ryan actually called and confirmed if i was coming and when i arrived, he offered to pull the car in the front(from the lot). 10 minutes later he shows up and says "you know what..that car got sold"...i mean i understand that someone else might have picked the car but you would expect a courtesy call.
A co-worker of mine warned me about this dealership but i thought maybe it was a one off instance.
Wouldnt recommend this to anyone.
