in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

This review is ONLY for their online orders, never been to the actual shop.
DO NOT place online orders with them. Appalling "customer service", never delivered goods, virtually no reply to communications. Wouldn't even do the refund they told me they'd do. Had to get my bank involved to get my money back.
Ordered two weeks before I got the bank involved. I contacted them 3 times by email and 4 times by phone. They only contacted me once by email and twice by phone. The returned phone called were only after I said I'd report the fraud if they didn't call back.
I called once and they were "ringing up a customer" and promised to call right back. I called back an hour later, they didn't pick up. I called right back with a *67 and they picked up.
