Review content:
I have to share this horrible experience and warn people. It was so unprofessional. I came in with a car, requirements and budget in mind and not one person cared about my needs, wants questions or concerns. I have never been so disrespected, demeaned and insulted in my life. I was never told the truth and they were only concerned about themselves. I was drawn pictures/charts and graphs on why I need to spend more and they made it about hitting their goal rather than mine. They completely ignored my requests on where I wanted my payments to be and the price of the vehicle, as well as what I qualified for. I was never even told the price of the car but asked to sign hand written quotes such as "IF I get an agreeable price I will buy NOW" or to sign a statement saying, "if my boyfriend agreed to the car I will commit." I at that point wasnt even given a price for the car, but asked to pay taxes that they seem to know without a price of the car and what my payments should be around. I asked for three hours to get the price and if I qualified or not and what the payments were. The gentleman Sean told me to take part of my downpayment and put it in a penny jar and put that portion into my monthly payments to go higher on payments. He took two hours trying to convince me to pay a higher payment without even showing me a car yet. Finally, after two hours of me telling Sean I didnt want to go over $200/mo he said he wished he would have known I wasnt going to buy, so I didnt waste his time. Again, hadnt even looked at a vehicle yet. I explained to him that the initial salesman knew I came there for a specific vehicle, I saw online and that it wasnt a done deal when I walked in. They couldnt qualify me on the car with that many miles and he showed me a much more expensive car. I finally was told by Sean that after two hours of him trying to convince me to pay more that he might have one car that fits what I want. He then wouldnt take no for an answer, when I said I wanted to think about it.
